Delete your ElShift account
This page explains deletion of an employee's ElShift login account. It is not the same as an employer archiving or deleting an employee record from its workforce records.
Delete your account while signed in
In ElShift Mobile or Employee Hub, open Profile and choose Delete account. Review the retention notice and confirm the deletion. ElShift then removes your authentication account, revokes current Employee Hub/Mobile workplace access, removes account-owned push registrations and notification preferences, and signs you out.
If you cannot sign in
Contact ElShift Support and ask for employee account deletion. Include the email address you use for ElShift and enough workplace context for us to locate the correct account. A message or email address by itself does not authorize destructive action: ElShift will verify that you control the account before completing deletion.
What is deleted
- Your ElShift authentication/login account.
- Your current links between that login and employer employee records.
- Account-owned mobile push device registrations and employee notification preferences.
- Account-specific employee inbox/delivery state that is no longer needed after deletion.
What may remain
Your employer may retain workforce records that belong to its business record system, including the employee record, published schedules, attendance history, timesheets and related audit/history. Those records are not erased merely because the employee login is deleted. They may be needed for payroll, employment administration, legal obligations, dispute resolution, auditing or other legitimate business recordkeeping. Requests about employer-controlled workforce records may need to be directed to the employer that controls them.
Returning later
Deleted login access is not silently restored. If your employer permits access again, a fresh legitimate Employee Hub invitation and normal account-linking flow are required.
