Set the shifts and people you need. Auto Assign uses the team information you have entered, then leaves managers in control of review and publication.
Set required staffing and, where Locations are enabled, minimums for specific sites or work areas. Auto Assign uses those needs when placing employees.
If no available employee can cover a required shift within the rules you set, ElShift can leave the gap visible for a manager to review.
Review the result, make changes where needed, and decide when to publish. Auto Assign handles repetitive placement; it does not make the final operational decision.

Yes. Contact ElShift and our team will create a trial account for the full product for 7 days. This is separate from the limited Auto Assign Lab, which you can try without an account or email.
Yes. Auto Assign Lab lets you try a small team and one week of shifts without an account or email. It is a limited test of Auto Assign, not the full ElShift product.
You set up shifts and staffing needs. Auto Assign uses employee leave, work patterns, weekly hours, preferences, locations and applicable rules, then suggests assignments. A manager reviews and publishes the schedule.
Location-based timesheet reports are available on Professional and higher when Locations is enabled. Generated Work scheduling is available on Business and Enterprise when Locations are enabled.
ElShift can leave the shift open and show the shortage rather than assign someone in a way that breaks a configured hard rule. A manager can review the gap and decide what to do.
ElShift uses supported hour limits, rest periods and shift-transition rules when building schedules. Tell us about a country- or agreement-specific requirement and we’ll show you how to configure it in the platform. Schedules are checked against the settings you configure.

No. ElShift records attendance, supports timesheet review, and exports schedule or time information. It does not calculate or process payroll.
Monthly base prices shown in EUR. Paddle calculates applicable taxes based on your location and shows the final total before payment. After confirmation, ElShift emails the organization administrator an account setup invitation.
