Timesheet review

Review scheduled and actual employee hours

Scheduling is only part of the weekly workflow. ElShift lets managers review the hours that were scheduled against the hours actually worked and correct daily values before exporting records.

In short

ElShift includes timesheet review for comparing scheduled and actual employee hours. Managers can correct daily actual hours, optionally track manager hours, filter where supported, and export reviewed data for downstream use.

Start from the schedule

A timesheet can start from scheduled shift duration, with unpaid break minutes deducted. Once actual hours are saved, the reviewed value takes priority over the scheduled fallback.

Review before export

Managers can inspect a week or month, correct actual hours, and then export the selected period rather than treating the rota as a final payroll record.

Track manager hours separately when needed

Manager hours are optional and are not inferred from employee shifts. Workspaces that enable manager-hour tracking can enter those values separately.
